    I followed the example of “How to: Delete comments by all or a specific author in a word processing document (Open XML SDK)” on https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/cc850844.aspx

    Although all the comments made by a specified reviewer(author) can be deleted, you can still view the reviewer(author) if you click Show Markup in the Tracking group on the Review tab, point to Reviewers, and then click to select All Reviewers.

    I confirm that if I manually delete all the comments made by a specific reviewer (author), I will not be able to view the reviewer in question again by clicking Show Markup in the Tracking group on the Review tab, pointing to Reviewers, and then clicking to select All Reviewers.

    Could anyone help fix this issue?

    Please help delete my post.
    I have figured out the reason and it is my fault.
