Can a Text label be connected to a Table?

I have a Table that has a label above it. The goal is to ensure the label does not get separated from the table, they have to stay together. Is there a grouping function?

If the table is pushed down the table jumps to a page break leaving the text behind. Writing this out I could possibly make a table with invisible borders and put the rest inside, but is there a better way? thanks
