    Hi Eric,

I am a SharePoint developer and can imagine the power of this JavaScript SDK in our current project with what wonders it can do.

I am able to dynamically create the content from the “SharePoint List/Library” successfully but the problem that I am facing that if there is a pre-defined template that I need to use and append some text/table/images in between the content I am not able to think as to how to do it.

Is it possible at the moment to do it using JavaScript without having to create a Web Service and then consume it.

I would bet that there is a way to do it, but it would be an engineering exercise – would take some time. The Open-Xml-Sdk-JavaScript enables you to do quite a lot with creation of DOCX files, but it is still a work-in-progress. In particular, it has issues when creating large documents.

Thanks Eric for this information, so what I understand that there is no such library/js files to do this at the moment.

One question though you told me that it has issues while creating large documents in DOCX extension. Could you please help me at what size of the document do you think this javascript will fail to create new DOCX documents.

Thanks in advance for your time and efforts.
