    How can a PPTX file be converted into XML programatically.
    i.e same as one would get when saving a ppt with ‘Save as Type’ “PowerPoint XML Presentation”.

    When you save as PowerPoint XML Presentation, you are saving as “Flat OPC”.

    Take a look at the following series of blog posts:

    One of those posts contains the precise code to convert a PPTX to flat OPC.
