    Hello Eric

    Please help me in find answer for this

    I have requirement add the data in datatable to Excel to certain rows in Excel and Add chart for following data

    Since i have come across various excel api I saw in open xml is really complimated like chart data range

    how to select the range of data which already exist in excel sheet

    I would be happy if you show how to embedded the a simple extra textbox ( user shapes ) in Chart

    when chart moves label in chart should move i tried a lot in open xml

    Its pretty impossible i guess

    Hi Ranjith,

    I don’t have any sample Open XML code that does this. However, in my opinion, it is not impossible – just a matter of writing the correct markup, creating the correct parts with the right content and relationship types, and so on.

    Unfortunately, given my current commitments, I don’t have time to put together this example right now. But I encourage you to continue. It really is not impossible.

    To insert a chart:
    Select the cells you want to chart, including the column titles and row labels. These cells will be the source data for the chart. …
    From the Insert tab, click the desired Chart command. …
    Choose the desired chart type from the drop-down menu. …
    The selected chart will be inserted in the worksheet.
