This is one of those questions that is best answered by a bit of exploration of the markup using the Open XML SDK 2.0 Productivity Tool. I’ve recorded a short screen-cast that shows the markup for various ways of setting margins – for cells, paragraphs, and sections. In addition, the video shows my approach for researching Open XML markup.
