Support for Numbered Lists in Chinese in PowerTools for Open XML V3.1.05

Developer CenterRelease of PowerTools for Open XML v3.1.05. The important feature in this release is proper support for numbered lists in the Chinese language.
ListItemRetriever (and therefore HtmlConverter) now supports the following numbered list formats:
- chineseCounting
- chineseCountingThousand
- ideographTraditional
This is, of course, supported throughout PowerTools for Open XML, including in the Cmdlets.
